To shop at Gowna, you must give us access to your home address. We reserv the right to cancel orders from people that has given false personal information and/or have any payment default.
Your order will be sent from Malmö within 1-2 days after your order has been received. If the delivery time will be late for some reason, you will be contacted by telephone or email. We will always do our best to fulfill your order.
Your order will be sent to the address you wrote when you placed the order.
Normally it will be delivered within 2-4 days to your nearest post office.
We will not give any compensation for late deliveries.
We provide the transportation risk from our warehouse to you. You provide the risk of possible return to us.
All the prices on webpage and instagram includes VAT 25% and tax within EU. Please note that shipping outside of EU not includes import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
We can not gurantee that the colors shown on your computer or phone exactly reproduce the colors of the product in reality. All computers and phones has different light and color settings.
When you have received the order confirmation your purchase is approved. If you not receive an order confirmation, please contact customer service by email and we will respond within 24 hours.
SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN RECIEVING A PACKAGE
- Be careful when opening the packages. It has to be returned in the same condition as you recived it.
- Price tags and labels shall remain.
- It must be returned in the original packaging together with the original documents.
- Try your Gowna carefully.
- If you do a return, fold your garment in the similar way you received it.
If you want to complain about something, please send us an email and tell us what is wrong with the item. We carefully look through all the items before shipment to customer. All items are checked, stroked and folded. If you still find damage on the garment, contact us by email and send pictures. We will examine wheather it is possible to send it for repair or if we will send you a new one. If it is no longer in stock we will return your money. When you send the item back to us you have the responsability for the package until we receive it. In that case the product is damaged Gowna will be responsible for the return shipment.
